Honeymoon

by Mr. and Mrs. Rodney and Mary Floyd from Maryland

We spent our honeymoon in Ocho Rio at the Sandels Grande. It was wonderful. We climbed Dunns River Fall, went horseback riding in the ocean, and down the mountain. We also shopped at the craft market. Our tour guides were excellent, they were knowledgeable, and entertaining. Visit Ocho Rio you will Love It!

Proper Beach Wear?

by Maryanne from New Tripoli, PA

My husband and I are travelling to Ocho Rios in January, and I can't seem to find out whether it's "proper" to "keep one's top on" on the beach. Or is it up to the resort?

Ocho Rios Bob Marley

by Marisa from LA, CA

I was hoping someone could let me know how far 56 Hope rd is from Ocho Rios. I'll be coming in by royal Caribbean and I wanted to go on the Bob Marley tour that's in my AAA book. And that's the address it says Bob Marley's house is (east of jct. Waterloo and Hope rds). Can anyone help me by telling me about how far it is from Ocho Rios where our cruise ship is going to port. Thank you! - Marisa

On Royal Caribbean Spent 9/19/06 in Ocho Rios

by The Jones from Inman, Sc. 29349 USA

Went to Ocho Rios on R.C. cruise lines, spent the day of 9/19/06 in the port of Ocho Rios. My brother and I and our wives were vacationing with our parents. Once outside the gate we hired a taxi, (the ones inside the gate were to high) (make sure of the red lic. plate.) Anyway, once outside the gate about 3rd building on right just past blue liquor store, hired a purple mercedes mini van. The drivers name was Kenneth Allen, to the locals he is known as Bunny Rabbit. Honesty and a good heart is this man.
This man is worthy of your trust. Your families safety and comfort are his utmost priority. He takes pride in his job helping you experience his homeland.
I believe God had a hand in our paths crossing. For this man is the reason my brother and I, our wives, along with our parents, created and gained memories we shall cherish for all of our tomorrows.
It was truly our "Honor" to have met such a man so far from home.
