My husband and I just returned from Club Ambiance and we could not have had a better time. Club Ambiance is like a person on the street that you would not turn your head for a better look, but once you sit down and get to know them you are smitten in love with the personality, charm and graciousness. Due to the small size of the resort (90 rooms), the attention from the staff is outstanding and making friends with other vacationers effortless. We met some fabulous people from the states and abroad. I thought the food was outstanding and plentiful, some of the best I have ever had (especially the jerk chicken and grilled red snapper). The entertainment was great with usually a large show (i.e.- steel drummers, dancers, reggae) followed by a smaller gathering at the gazebo bar (karaoke, dirty joke telling, etc.) and then possibly off to the Safari Disco for dancing into the night. Club Ambiance is the anti-big anonymous club- it is small and unbelievably friendly (guests and staff). If you plan on going here are some things to bring: large plastic mugs, lots of ones for tipping and an extra bag to take home souvenirs. Take a tour to Dunns Falls and shopping in Ochos Rios- you will meet good people from the club and have a great time. We will definitely be returning to Club Ambiance!
A Memorable Honeymoon

My wife and I spent a memorable honeymoon at Club Ambience. We found the resort very relaxing with a wonderful view of the Carribean. The food was outstanding and the alcoholic selections were great. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We were so impressed with the location of the resort and how close we were to Ochos Rios. We are planning our next trip back to Jamaica and will defitely stay there!

This is the kind of place I always dreamed about. Very Caribbean, Laid back, easy going, great staff and a good atmosphere. Not another airconditioned high rise box. Open air restaurants, Bars and lobby with views over the ocean. Our room was excellent, clean with an oceanview. Everything worked and our maid Jackie , took great care of us. Buffet meals are great , plenty of it and a good variety. One evening we had a lobster dinner at the Terrace grill, which was the best we ever had. Although a small surcharge applies here, it's worthwhile. The entertainmentstaff are awsome and so is the houseband. I can go on and on. Yes we are planning to return soon.
