Policies
A representative will contact guests by e-mail, phone, or fax seven days prior to arrival.
Couples is an adults-only resort.
All no-shows will result in full forfeiture of reservation (no refunds).
Cancellations received within 7 days of departure will result in full forfeiture (no refunds for all other dates).
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
Rooms
With Couples' Secret Rendezvous, you will not know at which Super Clubs Resort in Jamaica you will be staying until a week before your scheduled arrival. Accommodations will be at one of these resorts:
- Couples Ocho Rios
- Couples Swept Away
- Couples Negril
Room types vary depending on availability. All rooms are available only on an all-inclusive rate plan.
All-Inclusive Plan - Rate includes the following:
- Room accommodations
- All meals and snacks
- All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Use of land-sports and water-sports facilities, with equipment and instruction
- Entertainment and recreational activities

One king bed. Located at one of 3 all-inclusive Couples resorts. Specific resort not confirmed until a week before scheduled arrival. Room type, view, and quality depend on availability at time of check-in.
