Policies

Passports are advised and required for all travel outside of traveler's original country of residence. Extra person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. There are no room charges for children 11 and younger occupying the same room as their parents. Rollaways and cribs may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation outside of 7 days from date of arrival there is no penalty charge
A cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival is subject to $250 per adult
A no show at the hotel is subject to $300 per adult
