Bayside Restaurant - Offers international gourmet cuisine with impeccable service either indoors or outdoors overlooking the moonlit Caribbean Sea. Reservations are not required. Dress code is long pants and collared shirts.

The Oleander Room - This restaurant features fine Jamaican cuisine and white glove service in an elegant, air-conditioned, Georgian-style setting. No smoking is permitted and reservations are required. Dress code is long pants and collared shirts.

Cucina Romana - Dine in an Italian setting alfresco-style with an exciting open-show kitchen. The cuisine includes gourmet pizzas and northern Italian dishes. Reservations are required. Dress code is long pants and collared shirts.

Tokyo Joe's - Enjoy the splendor of the Far East. Try out the freshly cooked Dim Sum. Create your main course and have it stir-fried byexpert chefs. Reservations are required. Dress code is long pants and collared shirts.

This resort features 248 air-conditioned guestrooms and suites. Accommodations are located in low-rise buildings and cottages set along the beach and among gardens throughout the resort.
