No singles or triples accepted. No children allowed.

Singles, triples, families, and same sex partners are welcome at associated Beaches properties.

Passports are advised and required for all travel outside of traveler's original country of residence.

Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.

All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Hotel taxes and service charges are included in rate.The airport departure tax is not included and will be collected at the airport (approximately $27 USD per person).

A no tipping policy applies on the resort only. A gratuity of $1 USD per piece of luggage is suggested for airport luggage handlers.

The hotel has a 100% cancellation, no show, and short stay penalty.Because unforeseen circumstances arise, travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Sandals Blue Chip Hurricane Guarantee: Sandals will provide guests with a replacement vacation if a hurricane directly hits the property and the all-inclusive activities are disrupted. Not only do guests receive a replacement vacation at Sandals, they receive free round-trip airfare. The replacement vacations are for the same duration of time and room category as the original vacation.

The Reef Terrace - Savor local Jamaican specialties prepared on an open grill. Reservations are not required. Dress code is dress shorts and collared shirts.
