Not only do guests receive a replacement vacation at Sandals, they receive free round-trip airfare. The replacement vacations are for the same duration of time and room category as the original vacation.

This resort offers 190 guestrooms and suites. Accommodations are all located in low-rise buildings set among gardens and pools throughout the resort. Decor is tropical plantation-style, with tiled floors, dark-wood furnishings, ceiling fans, and floral bedspreads and draperies. All rooms are air-conditioned as well. Upscale Concierge rooms offer four-poster beds, sitting areas, complimentary minibars, and bathrobes. Rooms are available only in the All-Inclusive Plan.
