Guests will be advised of hotel name and confirmation number by a representative 7 days prior to arrival , either by e-mail, phone, or fax.

Policies

Adults 18 and over only. Two persons minimum or maximum. Three night-minimum stay and double occupancy required. No requests for a specific resort will be accepted for guests booking the SuperClubs Super Surprise package. No refund or move to another resort is permitted. There is a 100% cancellation, no show, and short-stay penalty. Round-trip airport transfers are included.

Passports are advised and required for all travel outside of traveler's original country of residence.

Hotel tax is included in the rate. Airport departure tax is not included and will be collected at airport (approximately $27 per person).

No tipping policy applies at the resort only. It is suggested to tip airport luggage handlers $1 USD per bag. Upon check-in, photo identification and credit card or cash deposit is required for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.
