Go-go dancers usually double as prostitutes, and most clubs have private rooms to facilitate this. Resist any temptations, as AIDS and other STDs are noted risks, and many street-walkers are crack addicts. Many dancers also live in relatively unsanitary, sometimes scabies-ridden conditions.
